3. 2003 or 2008 MSCE is prepared

4. Being able to work when needed, in emergency situations, is a must

1. Troubleshooting existing networks

2. Configure and support system and a variety of hardware

3. Building an implement production and Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 servers in clustered and non- clustered environment

4. Provide technical support and offices nationwide and also with remote access

5. Exchange 2000 to 2003 implementation

6. Windows 2000 to 2003 terminal server support

7. Experience with Cisco router, firewall, and VPN configuration and maintenance

8. DNS management

9. FTP and SFTP administration

1. Performs system backups and recovery

2. Maintains data files and monitor system configurations to ensure data integrity

3. Makes recommendations for new equipment and in services

4. Performs on site and remote technical support

5. Provides emergency on-call support
